J. Perry & Sons plans renovation work around the actual space, project scope, materials, access, sequencing, and finish details. The same practical approach applies to tile, stone veneer, fireplaces, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, outdoor living, and commercial renovation work.
After an on-site review, a written estimate typically within 24–48 hours after a site review. The final scope, selections, and conditions are documented before work is scheduled.
Workmanship and materials
Workmanship warranty on every job; materials carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms are in your written contract.
